Founded in 2006, Everlight operates with over 800 radiologists across 40 countries and specializes in remote reads, addressing staffing shortages in various markets, particularly in Australia. This acquisition aims to combine Everlight's extensive network and experience with Rad Partners' clinical infrastructure and technology, enhancing services for patients and hospitals. Both organizations plan to maintain their current management teams and client relationships post-acquisition.
