RadNet has acquired Radiology Regional, a division of LucidHealth that operates 13 outpatient diagnostic imaging centers in Southwest Florida. The financial terms of the acquisition have not been disclosed. This move is expected to bring around 400 employees and 44 radiologists into RadNet’s network, which already includes five locations in Southeast Florida. As Florida’s population grows, the demand for advanced imaging services is rising. RadNet aims to enhance patient care through AI technology and expects the acquisition to add about $100 million in revenue by 2026. This acquisition positions RadNet as the largest operator of outpatient diagnostic imaging centers in the U.S. with over 400 locations.
